Overlooking Agua Hedionda Lagoon and the Pacific Ocean in Carlsbad, CA, USA. This private home will be of ICF construction, using innovative Ultra High Performance Concrete for walls and horizontal diaphragms. It will be highly visible from I-5, PCH, and the Amtrak.
Enthusiastic unanimous approval for a Coastal Development Permit by the City of Carlsbad Planning Commission. Several commissioners complimented me personally on my design, and are proud to have this building in their City.
