Construction Update
Using my evening and an unbuilt design to sharpen my rendering skills with a new product (to me anyway) called Twinmotion. Loving it.
A work-in-progress. Original building designed by famous Poway architect Roger Mohling. See blog post of November 16, 2020.

Bankers Hill in San Diego is in need of a renaissance. Let this (and others) be the inspiration for a new way forward in this new century.
Thank you William Krisel for this little jewel!
1999 - I designed and facilitated construction of a concept; A fitness village, inside a large warehouse building. Quite a success at the time, Andy Parker’s Health & Fitness Center (Andy is a former Charger football player) was among the first in San Diego to have equipment connected to the internet. Glass racquetball courts, a huge yoga room, childcare, massage, juice bar and a salon were all new at the time as part of a gym. Game changer for sure.
In for permit processing
One that got away. Designed using all commercial pre-fabricated metal building parts.
